I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

1. A random guess model would do the following. First, it would determine which bucket churn or not churn has more customers (or former customers) in it. In this case 268 customers have not churned versus 232 who have churned. Then it would predict that all customers would not churn and it would be accurate 53.6% of the time (268/500).
