This introductory chapter is for those who have no previous Inkscape experience and little to no experience with other vector editors. These are your first baby steps in the new world. If you have already worked with Inkscape and think you can easily recreate this chapter’s final example (Figure 2-24) on your own, feel free to skip this chapter.
