It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

AN OVERVIEW OF THE RESEARCH
The conclusions presented in this book are the result of empirical research, qualitative data, in-depth interviews, observation, and experience. Each source was analyzed for patterns and subsequently validated against each of the other sources. We engaged in this cyclical and multidimensional analysis to guarantee the rigor and depth of our conclusions.
