So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
10Beginning Mediation
in this stage of the mediation process, the mediator assists disputants to begin productive assisted discussions about their relationships and the issues that divide them. The first meeting is usually conducted with all parties together with the mediator; however, there are exceptions to this practice.
