I wrote the first and second editions of The Product Manager’s Desk Reference in response to an overwhelming need for a unified collection of business practices—a body of knowledge for product managers and product leaders. Since those two versions were published, tens of thousands of people have turned to this book for practical “how-to” guidance and applicable tools.
I am grateful for the loyalty of readers and feel privileged to provide this resource for product managers, their teams, and leaders. However, the earth does spin and change is inevitable. As the corporate landscape advances, some things become simpler, and others more complex. Processes and people change—and so do perspectives.
