I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 24. Delivering Working Software
“Delivering working software every sprint is impossible!” I hear that refrain on a regular basis, most often from people who have never done Scrum. I ask them how they know, and the answer is always the same: “We can’t deliver in a year, so we certainly can’t deliver in 30 days!”
At one point, I believed this as well. Nowadays, I encourage teams to use that feeling of impossibility as a motivator for the possible, to use that energy to prove that it can be done.
