Organizational capability refers to an organization's structural and technical readiness to manage projects and deliver products effectively. It encompasses the organization's experience with similar projects, the adequacy of its organizational structure, and the technical knowledge available to support project management and product development (Remington, Zolin, and Turner 2009).
Project management maturity, on the other hand, relates to the degree of successful use and implementation in an organization's project management practices. It is often measured using models that assess the organization's progression through various levels of project management competency (Levin and Ward 2011).
