26.1 Creating Your Toolkit
As project managers explore the elaborate environment of complex projects, developing a personalized toolkit is recommended. This toolkit should be a dynamic collection of strategies, techniques, and resources customized to the challenges of complex project environments and the uniqueness of each project.
Besides the recommendations to manage each complexity dimension described in Chapters 4–20, the practitioner can also draw from the insights presented in Chapters 21–25 and create a more comprehensive toolkit for managing complexity effectively.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be a powerful ally in managing complex projects. As discussed in Chapter 21, AI tools and techniques can significantly enhance a project manager's ability to explore complexity.
When building your toolkit, consider incorporating the following AI‐driven approaches:
Predictive Analytics: Utilize AI‐powered predictive analytics tools to forecast potential issues and risks in your complex projects. These tools can analyze vast amounts of data and identify patterns that might escape human eyes.
