How to do it...

1. Take the handle of a queue to which work should be submitted. Use the handle to initialize a variable of type VkQueue named queue.
2. Create a variable of type std::vector<VkSemaphore> named wait_semaphore_handles. If submitted commands should wait for other commands to end, in the variable store the handles of all semaphores for which a given queue should wait before processing the submitted command buffers.
3. Create a variable of type std::vector<VkPipelineStageFlags> named wait_semaphore_stages. If submitted commands should wait for other commands to end, initialize the vector with pipeline stages at which the queue should wait for a corresponding semaphore from the wait_semaphore_handles variable to become signaled.
