We maintain that firms are able to pursue any strategy, as long as the strategy confers some kind of advantage, relative to rival firms. To support this idea, we explore the case of Omega Business School.

We know something about business schools, having both worked in them for many years, so based on this experience, we offer up Omega Business School as a hypothetical case study. Omega is an amalgam of schools we have worked in.
