First and foremost, I'd like to thank my wife for a faith so strong it even convinced me. Thank you also for all those nights you kept me awake so I could make deadlines and especially all those times the words just wouldn't come and you forced me to sit back down and work anyway. There are so many more things to thank you for that I couldn't hope to mention them all here.
