I continue to believe that B2B marketing can and must learn from the B2C marketing world. For many years I have attended the Marketing Week Live conference that’s held in London every spring. Many of my colleagues in B2B have tended to dismiss these types of events because they are mainly consumer focused. But as our customers in B2B continue to bring their consumer buying behaviours into our B2B world, I find that B2C marketing can and does offer us both guidance and inspiration.
