I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The leadership dilemma in B2B marketing
What makes a great leader? Clearly, there’s no easy answer to this question; I found 178,051 books on the subject on Amazon in English alone. On Google I found 792 million results in answer to my query, including pages and pages and pages of blogs, courses, training and articles on the ‘7 traits, 10 qualities, 5 skills, 16 characteristics’ of great leaders, and more.
One of the best definitions of a leader I’ve found comes from an article by online resource Mindtools, who deliver leadership, team and personal development training to individuals, businesses, government agencies and nonprofits worldwide.
