True leaders become the choreographers of this dance towards the future by continually pushing the boundaries between the known and unknown, and making their people and organizations a part of that dance.

Nick also said one other thing that made an impression on me: Leaders are time-rich. I took this to mean that leaders create time and space for themselves. This is quite thought-provoking given how busy so many B2B marketers appear to be, and reinforces the notion that our time is our own responsibility.
