8 A BLENDED MODEL OF LEADERSHIP
Introduction
In this chapter, we introduce our model of “blended leadership” as an alternative leadership framework, which can generate a healthy organisation that has a significant probability of emerging as one that is fit for purpose in the future as well as in the present. Blended leadership can be defined as an integrated model of three leadership styles:
- Transactional.
- Transformational.
- Conscious.
