It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Building an internal coaching capability
Throughout this book the authors have discussed, evaluated and analysed the challenges organizations face when implementing and embedding change and how, by adopting coaching tools and techniques, change practitioners can significantly increase the chances of the change initiative being a long-term success. We have also reviewed different challenges traditionally associated with organizational change and proposed coaching interventions to complement the existing change toolkit.
