I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
APPENDIX E: COACHING CERTIFICATION
Choosing the right coaching and mentoring qualification course can be daunting as there is a vast selection of providers who offer different things. What we aim to do in this section is to demystify the academic terminology and offer guidance on the pros and cons of each ‘certification’ to inform the best choice.
Only the most relevant and most popular options have been offered although an internet search will reveal more choice. Research carefully and find out what exactly is on offer and what the final certification or accreditation is.
