Reciprocity: The Most Reliable Predictor of Behavior

Understanding reciprocity is critical to work and life. It is the intrinsic drive to match others' behaviors, and for others to match ours. Anthropologists find this pattern across the globe.
There are three kinds of reciprocity, but for our purposes, we will focus on two of the three: positive and negative reciprocity. I'll briefly mention the third, which is the reciprocity of indifference.
