I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The IEEE 802.3 committee developed a set of specifications referred to as the fast Ethernet to provide
low-cost data transfer at the rate of 100 Mbps. It was designed to compete with LAN protocols such as
fibre distributed data interface (FDDI) and it was also compatible with the standard Ethernet. The fast
Ethernet uses a new feature called autonegotiation, which enables two devices to negotiate on certain
