Non-Access Computer Crimes

Non-access computer crimes are crimes that do not involve an attempt to access the target. For example, a virus or logic bomb does not require the attacker to attempt to hack into the target network. And denial-of-service attacks are designed to render the target unreachable by legitimate users, not to provide the attacker with access to the site.
