So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

1. Purpose: This procedure defines the process and mechanisms for:
•Identifying OH&S hazards at Safe & Sound Steel Manufacturing (SSSM).
•Determining and assessing the risks that may result from these hazards.
•Determining existing and additional control measures required to eliminate or reduce the risk level.
•Monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of control measures.
