Although delegates can be written with a simple set of parameters (or none at all), our example requires data to be passed back. To do this, perform the following steps:

1. Create a new parameter class called ConVMSVehicleStatusChangeResponseParameters; this is a normal class with a set of public variables. The class should be as follows:

We are only handling the response; the outbound parameters will be on the delegate declaration itself.
