Uninstalling and Deactivating Flash Professional CS5
There may come a time when you want to uninstall Flash CS5 Professional. For example, if you get a new computer, you probably want to uninstall and deactivate Flash on the old computer before you install it on the new one. As you might guess, the steps are different for Windows computers and Macs.

Follow these steps to uninstall Flash on a Windows system:
Click the Start button or press the Windows key, and then choose the Control Panel option.
A panel appears with several options. Though it looks different depending on your version of Windows, one of the options reads "Uninstall a program" or "Add and Remove Programs."
Click "Uninstall a program" (Windows 7 and Vista) or "Add and Remove Programs" (Windows XP).
The Control Panel shows list of the programs installed on your computer.
Click Adobe Flash Professional CS5, and then click Uninstall.
The Uninstall button is near the top of the window. After you click it, a new window appears with Uninstall Options.
Check the Deactivate and the Remove Preferences boxes, as shown in Figure A-2 and then click Uninstall.
When you click Uninstall, Flash displays a message telling you that the uninstall is in progress. A progress bar appears, along with a "Time remaining" estimate. You may be prompted to close other Adobe programs or web browsers. The entire process usually takes a few minutes.
