If one of your goals for releasing the project as FOSS is to start building a community of users and contributors around it, you’ll need to communicate with those people. How do you do that? What’s the best communication route for a FOSS project?

The glib but true answer is, “The best communication route is the one that the community will use.” You’re just starting out here, though. How do you know which communication route your community will use?
