I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to Apply a License
Now that you’ve chosen a license…what do you do with it? You’ll be happy to learn that you don’t have to do anything Very Official Indeed, such as registering use of the license with any organization. That’s not necessary, but applying a license to your project isn’t as simple as slapping a LICENSE file into the repository and calling it a day. Remember: the license is a legal document and is tightly intertwined with copyright and intellectual property laws. You didn’t really think that anything involving a legal document was actually going to be easy, did you?
