The second case is more difficult, when a mobile host leaves the LA by entering into cells 21–27
via boundary cells located in the lower two sides of the LA rhombus, i.e., cells A, B, C, D, E, F,
and G in Figure 26.3. In this case, it is impossible to know whether the mobile host leaves the LA
by distance. So, direction information is needed in this case. When a mobile host changes cells,
