I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Upgrade Advisor
As a DBA of SQL Server 2000, you will sooner or later find yourself face to face with having to upgrade to SQL Server 2005. This may be due to an end of support for legacy software, or you may want to use the enhanced performance and new features provided in SQL Server 2005. Microsoft provides the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Upgrade Advisor and recommends that you run it to analyze how your upgrade project will go before you get started on any project upgrades.
