I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This device-independent colorspace reference was developed by the International Commission on Illumination. The L channel represents lightness of color (0 is black, while 100 is diffuse white).
A represents positions between green and magenta, while B represents positions between blue and yellow, illustrated as follows:

Apart from these three, there are various other color models in existence. For the purposes of our current use case around image colorization, we will take a rather interesting approach.
