I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

It is very important that the results of a thermal simulation are reviewed to make sure
they make sense before making any design decisions based on those results. Some
may argue that thermal simulation tools have been tested and benchmarked against
similar thermal models before being released to market and one should trust the
results they produce. However, this argument is only partially true. There is no doubt
that most of these tools have been aggressively tested and are capable of predicting
