I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Leading a team in your first 100 days is not easy. You have a lot to deal with as a newly appointed leader – getting up to speed with your role requirements, building a good relationship with your boss, meeting new stakeholders, possibly navigating a new organisation or geographic culture.
It is understandable, with so much to deal with, that it can be challenging to invest adequate time and effort needed to build a high performing team. Plus team members are exhausting, you can never give your people enough time and energy – they always want more! This is why I wrote the book. I wanted you to know that I get it. It is not easy.
