I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
3 Bring in ‘SWAT team’ reinforcements
I like to find ways for my clients to accelerate their leadership and team performance in the first 100 days, but my SWAT team reinforcements suggestion needs to be handled with care. It makes sense that if you bring in some extra expert resources for this temporary transition phase, then more results will be achieved earlier and faster. However, if the SWAT team concept is not properly communicated or correctly positioned, be aware that you might alienate members of your team who might resent you for bringing in external resources to work with them on what they might consider lies within their existing capability.
