Taking time to make sure you have the right people in the right roles to drive success is one of the areas I focused on after my first month arriving in the UK.
I started a series of informal dinners with my direct reports and their immediate top teams – known as the Egg Timer dinners. Early in the evening, in the private dining room of a local restaurant we gathered for dinner.
