I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Provision 5.5.1: Responsibility
Top management shall ensure that responsibility and authority for the LMS
are defined and communicated throughout the organization and relevant
portions of its supply chain.
Planning and Assessment Questions
1. How does the organization promote cross-functional participation in
improvement activities?
2. Who is empowered to initiate closed loop proactive action (CLPA)? What
channels are available to do this?
3. Who is responsible for identification and elimination of waste for each
process or operation? The internal auditor should be able to ask this ques-
tion successfully for any process, and for all the recommended Lean KPIs.
