Building a chatbot with Amazon Lex

Amazon Lex is a fully managed service that uses artificial intelligence and natural language understanding to enable a conversational experience for users. Its text and speech understanding uses the same underlying technology that powers Amazon Alexa, while Amazon Polly provides the functionality for text-to-speech.

In the Lex console, you can configure your inputs in the language model to build your bots and then deploy them to multiple platforms, including mobile applications and social media platforms such as Facebook.
