The change to a serverless mindset brings with it a renewed focus on automation and agility as key factors. Practically any task you might want to do in the AWS ecosystem can be automated, making administration and operations easier than before. With the serverless services themselves, there are fewer components in our scope of responsibility, which further reduces our operational burden.
