So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Installing Grafana Simple JSON Datasource
To install Grafana Simple JSON Datasource follow these steps:
- First, clone or download the Simple JSON Datasource repo into a directory of your choice:
$ git clone https://github.com/grafana/simple-json-datasource
- Next, copy the Simple JSON Datasource plugin's /dist directory into the Grafana plugins datasource directory:
$ cp -r simple-json-datasource/dist \ /usr/local/share/grafana/public/app/plugins/datasource
- Now, rename the copied /dist folder to grafana-simple-json-datasource so that it matches the id attribute in the Simple JSON Datasource's plugin.json file:
$ cd /usr/local/share/grafana/public/app/plugins/datasource
$ mv dist grafana-simple-json-datasource
