Here, we will look at the data upload method using Terminal:
- With the help of the following command, we will upload train.record to GCP. This uses the gsutil Python command to copy the file from your local directory to the GCS bucket. Make sure that you also include the subdirectory. For example, in this case, YOUR_GCS_BUCKET will be the name of your bucket; if it is burgerfries, then the command will be $burgerfries/data, where data is the subdirectory under burgerfries, where the files are stored:
$ gsutil -m cp -r /Documents/chapter12_cloud_computing/burgerfries/annotation/train.record gs://${YOUR_GCS_BUCKET}/data/Copying file:///Documents/chapter12_cloud_computing/burgerfries/annotation/train.record [Content-Type=application/octet-stream]... ...
