Understanding the LBP histogram

LBP array W₃ is represented in histogram form as follows:

W₄ = histogram(W₃, bins=P, range=W₃(min) to W₃(max))

Steps 1 through 5 from the preceding section are repeated for both the trained image and test image to create an LBP histogram of images (W_train, W_test) each containing P bins, which are then compared using a histogram comparison method.
