The GCP setup

Go to https://console.cloud.google.com to set up GCP and log in with your Gmail account. In the screenshot in the preceding section, there are three rectangular boxes—those are the three main sections that you need to set up. The steps are outlined as follows:

1. First, click on Go to project settings, give the project a name, and assign team members (if multiple people will be working on the project).
2. Then, click on Billing on the left and provide your credit card information. At the time of writing, Google is providing a free trial with $300 of credit, but you still need to provide your credit card information.
