Name

SQLNET.CRYPTO_CHECKSUM_TYPES_CLIENT

Synopsis

SQLNET.CRYPTO_CHECKSUM_TYPES_CLIENT = (MD5)

Specifies the list of checksum algorithms that a client is allowed to use. This parameter affects all Net8 client connections from a given machine. When a connection is made, one of the checksum types supported by the server (see SQLNET.CRYPTO_CHECKSUM_TYPES_SERVER) must match one of the checksum types supported by the client. The default and only allowed value is MD5. MD5 refers to RSA Data Security’s MD5 algorithm.
