Abstract
The management of organizational resources is difcult! Managers face serious chal-
lenges when they are managing the required resources as properly as they can for
the benet of their organization. Organizational resources are management objects
that represent themselves with challenges, such as abstract and complex nature, lack
of holistic view, multiobjectiveness, low degree of motivation and participation, etc.
This book presents an approach and a system that aims to tackle these management
