It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In Figure 5.2, when considering the same categories with the highest creative
tension as in Figure 5.1, it becomes evident that even though there is high creative
tension, the responses also have a very high deviation between them especially in
the current state.
In order to delve into what lies behind the category level results and to pinpoint
the most appropriate targets for possible development activities, we must look at the
feature level results. Figure 5.3 shows the 10 feature-level results with the highest
