The reality is far too complex. Comprehensive modeling also ensures that the mem-

bers of an organization “talk the same language” when current situations, develop-

ment targets, and actions are being selected. When decisions direct development

efforts and resources to the right targets, clear benets are achieved. In fact, if

true, this approach should be the only way to manage an organization. Section 1.4
