In this book, organizational resources are considered as the objects of manage-
ment decision making. They are affected by decisions made in the organization.
Many of these organizational resources are present in companies every day and
“touch” managers’ daily work. Organizational resources are a great challenge for
managers and for decision making in general. Are managers and personnel aware
of their organizational resources today? Using top-down thinking, the rst organi-
