I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Future Work
In this book, an approach has been put forward for how to model complex and
abstract organizational resources and how to develop and manage these resources
for the benet of the organization and its employees. There is a real need for concrete
and holistic development and management work with difcult and abstract concepts
in companies and organizations. For that purpose, relevant concepts must be clari-
ed so that they can be understood and used. Though we cannot directly measure
