Exploring the 3D Modeling workspace

The 3D Modeling workspace is also dedicated to 3D modeling, with commands organized in a different way than the 3D Basics workspace. In the 3D Modeling workspace there is a dedicated tab for each type of 3D object that can be created in AutoCAD; that is, there is a tab for solid objects, a tab for surface modeling, and a tab for mesh modeling with most of the commands repeated in the panels of the Home tab, while as shown in the previous section, the 3D Basics workspace has a compact style.
