Modifying 3D Objects
The commands used in the creation of 3D solid objects were discussed in the previous two chapters. In practice, most 3D models cannot be created using a single step of object creation. The reason for this is the fact that practical 3D models can be complicated and rich in detail. Hence, the real-life modeling process involves the creation of simple 3D objects that are close to the desired final shape, and then combining/modifying the simple objects that have been created and adding details to them using the modify commands.
