On the status bar, activate the Infer Constraints toggle as shown in the following screenshot. If you don't have this toggle on the status bar, then click the icon of three stacked horizontal lines at the end of the status bar and activate the Infer Constraints option from the list that is displayed. Once it is activated in the list, the option will show on the status bar and you can then toggle it on or off:
