So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

With preconfigured hardware, cloud credentials are configured directly into secure elements of the microprocessor to support rapid and secure registration and enrollment of the device into the cloud.
Microsoft terms this zero-touch provisioning, which takes advantage of partnerships with chip developers such as Microchip. Microsoft also supports zero-touch provisioning with Windows 10 IoT Core using specialized add-on support features.
