Intangible measures are the nonmonetary benefits or detriments directly linked to human resources that cannot or should not be converted to monetary values. These measures are often monitored after an HR program has been implemented, and although not converted to monetary values, they are still relevant to the evaluation process. The range of intangible measures is almost limitless; this chapter describes a few common measures often linked with human resources (see Table 8.1).
